Responsible for the recruitment of new contractors to service warranty customers in areas identified.
Liaises with departments, contractors and field sales to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Makes inbound and outbound phone calls.
Collaborates with Contractor Relations Reps, managers and service contractors to achieve priorities and goals.
Educates and trains contractors on company policies and procedures
Negotiates with contractors with predetermined guidelines.
Analyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability within assigned region.
Recruits, coaches and maintains quality contractors to meet regional goals
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience required
Sales/Customer Service experience
Organizational and time management
Computers skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Adapt to fast paced environment
