Frontdoor is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join the Frontdoor Sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for a designated geographic territory where you will have the opportunity to grow FTDR’s business. This is a highly collaborative role, where you will also work with the sales team on identifying opportunities out in the field and make those opportunities reality! The Inside Sales Associate will also:
Own a territory where you will source new sales opportunities and outbound cold calls and emails
Partner with assigned BDMs and Account Managers to ensure adherence to agreements with external partners, including reporting, communication and service levels
Partner and help build business plans and quarterly reviews to present to Senior Leadership
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, leads per week and other sales KPIs identified
Manages internal resources and projects to support business partner relationships
Works with Regional/Divisional team to highlight specific geographic issues and makes recommendations to resolutions
Key contributor to overall customer

Have firsthand experience in the inside sales arena and/or customer service roles and has worked with remote sales teams/operations partners
Can interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically create and deliver presentations
Are a self-starter, can be transparent and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
Like both getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and being able to take a step back to identify opportunities for improvement

Can understand our core business, operations and effectively communicate our unique capabilities and the full value we provide to your designated accounts.
Are a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Frontdoor’s House Rules
At least one year of experience in Sales; retail, or complex customer service roles
Associate degree in business, or related work experience is preferred
Track record of over-achieving quota or goals and influencing/driving change remotely
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with excel and Microsoft products is required
Efficient in planning and reporting in and outside a CRM
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills (via zoom or in person)
Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals, this includes routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate business development manager for further development and closure
Ability to travel once a 1-2 a year to designated geographies in which you support
