ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Leveraging Augmented Reality (AR), an expert can now literally reach out and point at the problem area, instead of trying to explain the issue with just words. Users can also take remote measurements since Streem captures depth information during the call. Using Machine Learning and Image Recognition, Streem can identify products, extract model/serial numbers, recognize problem situations, and more, making the professional even more efficient than if they were onsite.

What the sales team will be doing over the next year:

It’s our team’s job to evangelize Streem’s amazing tools and systems for clear communication and problem-solving. We strive to capture the nuance, expressiveness, and specificity of human communication. We explore the opportunities in AR and AI to make the physical and virtual worlds understand each other and to unlock a yet unknown range of capabilities and solutions.

What You'll Do:

Necessary

Pre-Sale:

  • 5 + years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably selling a technical product.

  • Demonstrable track record of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment (SaaS preferred)

  • Experience selling a product for a category creator; products not budgeted for already

  • Proactive territory management, prospecting, and 'trailblazing'

  • Excellent forecasting, reporting, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Create new leads from prospecting efforts within assigned categories/verticals. Drive sales campaigns in-geo to create opportunities and long-term revenue growth

  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations

  • Experience in presenting, closing and maintaining relationships with senior managers and the C-suite

  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements

Post-Sale:

  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends and conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness

  • Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns

  • Once landed successfully expand to other divisions within the company

  • Develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and land new target accounts

Overall:

  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space

  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and other comparable tools

  • Willingness to travel 30% or more as needed (post return to office)

Desired:

  • Demonstrable track record of above-target performance (top 10-20% of the company)

  • Proven success in closing deal sizes at or above $150k ARR

  • Possess an understanding of SaaS financial metrics

  • AR, MR, mobile AR sales experience
