Using Machine Learning and Image Recognition, we can identify products, extract model/serial numbers, recognize problems situations, and more, making the professional even more efficient than if they were onsite.

We’re looking for a customer success superstar who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, ongoing retention and upselling. You’ll achieve this through conversations via phone, email and webinars with new customers, and you’ll build strong relationships that persist through (and lengthen) the lifecycle of the customer. You’ll be the first point of contact for all of our customers, acting as the friendly face of our business and shepherding them to the right team to solve their problem.
What You'll Do
Work closely with all sides of the Streem business, providing value in many ways, not always in your core competency
Support company efforts by engaging new prospects, tracking customer adoption, leading product demos, and training customers and prospects
Own the customer experience from sales handoff to widescale implementation within the customer’s business
Provide front-line support to existing customers when challenges arise
Capture and share user issues, application bugs, and other challenges that impact user success with the appropriate internal teams
Be pushed to grow personally, professionally, and technically

Proven track record in customer success (3+ years work experience)
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and proficiently
Working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote
Team oriented mindset
Strong written and verbal skills
Noticeable passion about your work
Experience cultivating success with customer support and/or video collaboration solutions
Familiarity with success implementation related to SAAS solution(s) and sales
Working knowledge of warranty costs for businesses supporting installed products (Consumer or enterprise)
- AR, MR, mobile AR sales or customer success experience
