Streem started like many startups - out of pure passion and necessity. Co-Founders, Ryan (CEO) and Sean (CTO), began building the business nights and weekends in 2017. Both had several experiences needing a product like Streem, and were sick and tired of all the inefficiencies in the home services market. Since then, we've been growing the product and the team to meet our high goals and expectations, both from ourselves and our customers.
We are backed by a 1.5 billion dollar home services company but are a true Portland startup.

Responsible for planning, developing, and establishing sales policies and objectives in accordance with the objectives of the business unit.

Recommends changes in philosophy and policy to serve the best interest of the organization.
Estimates market values and conditions.
Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, and type of sales.
Responsible to achieve sales results and client satisfaction.
Defines and manages the monthly and annual sales objectives.
Directs preparation of reports and forwards to appropriate stakeholders.
Plans and maintains budget.
Requires a four (4) year College Degree preferably in a business related discipline.
Requires five (5) year’s experience in a sales management.
Prefers the above with previous management experience and a proven track record in increasing sales and motivating and developing employees.
Must have practical knowledge of the service industry and experience in developing and executing sales plans.
