What the product team will be doing over the next year:

It’s our team’s job to plan, create and develop experiences that empower our users with tools and systems for clear communication and problem-solving. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for accountable for successfully coordinating integrated delivery of complex client projects. You will play a critical role in building engineering and operational roadmap in order to deliver a best-in-class set of services and features to allow our company to build powerful, ongoing, and profitable relationships with our customers. You will work closely with members of the leadership, marketing department, sales, sales support, and operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals and to influence our long term technical and business strategy.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with various partners, conduct research and gather requirements to create a full understanding of the project needs.

  • Determine business requirements and document the initiative vision, strategy, and goals to ensure we are proceeding in the correct direction.

  • Present and demonstrate the strategy to partners and executives

  • Define and monitor project scope, schedule and budget, including implementing relevant, trend-based measurements to reflect the state of project activities and achievement of clients’ expectations

  • Maintain continuous communication on project status with clients and all relevant internal and external parties

  • Anticipate client, business, and community issues and influence managerial and team attention to them

  • Conduct planning sessions with the client’s key functional leaders to create a series of documented management plans that specify the project plan and scope.

  • Work with the sales team as the contract is signed, becoming familiar with contract requirements, program modifications, and other site-specific background information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with related management experience, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields (Master’s degree preferred)

  • 3+ years of Client Relations Management

  • 3+ years of Project Management

  • PMP Preferred

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills required - explain “what it is”, “why it matters” and “what should we do” in terms of the projects to a non-technical audience

  • Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with customers and Senior Leadership on complex topics.
