Using Augmented Reality, now the plumber can literally reach out and point at the problem area, instead of trying to explain with just words. They can also take remote measurements, because Streem is capturing depth information during the call. Using Machine Learning and Image Recognition, we can identify products, extract model/serial numbers, recognize problems situations, and more, making the professional even more efficient than if they were onsite.

What You'll Do
Work closely with all sides of the Streem business, providing value in many ways, not always in your core competency
Learn and use several different technologies in a cross-functional environment that includes mobile, web, and platform services
Share your experiences and knowledge with a savvy team of engineers
Be pushed to grow personally, professionally, and technically
Help build a product that we and our users love around the world
Collaborate closely with developers while executing feature, performance, integration and regression testing of video SDK for mobile platforms
Run manual and automated tests and document bugs as they are found
Work collaboratively with the Product Team on quality initiatives, including a regularly recurring bug triage
Lead periodic company-wide mob tests and coordinate on-demand testing efforts from an outsourced team
Build, review and maintain automated unit, integration and client-facing end-to-end tests
Contribute to test automation architecture, technical design sessions, code reviews, and design reviews with Product and UX
Foster a culture of QA throughout the team, ensuring that everyone shares in the responsibility for the quality of the products
What You'll Need
Streem is looking for the best engineers and brightest minds. Consider this a list of guidelines, because if you can demonstrate solid skills, high energy, quick learning, and integrity, we want to meet you regardless. Here are some qualities we imagine you possess:
3+ years experience testing web applications across various browsers, screen sizes, and mobile devices
2+ years of writing automated tests such as Selenium or Appium
Familiarity with mobile (Android or iOS) development or testing is a plus
Comfortable navigating and querying relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Have worked extensively on teams that operate using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with developing in an IDE such as Xcode, Android Studio, IntelliJ, or VS Code
Familiarity with AWS, command line interfaces, running scripts and reading log files
Some experience with git, branching strategies and release deployments
