SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

What you will do:

The Streem Sales Development team exists to drive new business for Streem solutions with potential customers. Your goal will be to develop qualified opportunities and a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with prospects from the very first contact.

You work for, and with, a diverse range of people and industries. Your primary function is to be a driven problem solver, identifying potential clients. Building relationships with prospects will be the central part of your job. You must have impeccable communication skills, as well as being focused on lead generation and strategic outreach.

A sales development representative identifies challenges and provides practical solutions to prospects. You provide positive insights as a product knowledge specialist and act as an SME for the Streem as time goes on. This is not your first rodeo; you have experience in the communication or lead generation fields, preferably in a SaaS or internet environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Effectively and independently distill and deliver the Streem value proposition, articulating our product, integrations, and features over the phone

  • Follow the established Streem sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads

  • Educate Director, VP, and C-level executives on our full suite of applications while aligning the value of Streem with the pains they are currently experiencing

What you bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales development and/or inside sales role at a modern technology company and/or a value-add solution vendor

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or 4+ years of professional experience

  • Working knowledge of current CRM and other Sales tech applications (Salesforce.com, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, Vidyard, Chilipiper, Zoom, Slack, G-Suite, etc.)

  • Comfortable with making 50+ calls a day with excellent daily follow-up documentation

  • Proven success prospecting into new accounts via phone, email, and social media

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to continuously and proactively learn

  • High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching

  • Listens with purpose and naturally curious

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Bonus points:

  • Experience working in or with the AR/VR or gaming industry

  • Proven success selling SaaS into mid-size and enterprise companies
