What the product team will be doing over the next year:

It’s our team’s job to plan, create and develop experiences that empower our users with tools and systems for clear communication and problem-solving. We strive to capture the nuance, expressiveness, and specificity of human communication. We explore the opportunities in AR and AI provide to make the physical and virtual worlds understand each other and to unlock a yet unknown range of capabilities and delightful moments.

Over the next year, we'll be expanding and refining the Streem experience. Our products are both mobile and desktop, consumer and enterprise, native and web-based. As Senior Product Mgr, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a company product line. You will play a critical role in building engineering and operational roadmap in order to deliver best-in-class set of services and features to allow our company to build powerful, ongoing, and profitable relationships with our customers. You will work closely with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support, and operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals and to influence our long term technical and business strategy.

Since we work with emerging technologies we need to test, test, test. As we grow and explore new experiences we will be prototyping and testing concepts regularly. You’ll be following and analyzing the market trends to position products by the learnings from testing, listening to our current and prospective customers and test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Streem platform for great execution on product planning, research, development, and the product roadmap.

  • Consulting with various partners, conduct research and gather requirements to create a full understanding of the product needs.

  • Determine business requirements and define the initiative vision, strategy, and goals to ensure we are proceeding in the correct direction.

  • Collaborate with other product managers and colleagues from design, development, business marketing, operations, and others to develop product strategies and requirements.

  • Develop business requirements and user stories to create product specs an architecture.

  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

  • Launch new capabilities and track results against business goals.

  • Identify and resolve issues.

  • Present and demonstrate the strategy to partners and executives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related fields (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 7+ years’ product management experience.

  • Experience with facilitating process assessment sessions with internal and external business partners at all levels

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

  • Ability to make decisions quickly and independently

  • Proven success with multiple project launches

  • Knowledgeable of Scrum and Agile practices

  • Able to understand complex enterprise dynamics and influence decisions and philosophies

  • Strong team building and mentorship skills are essential

  • Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with customers and Senior Leadership on complex topics.
