Frontdoor Talent Acquisition Manager in Pune, India

Position Overview

Directs and conducts executive, professional, technical, and nonexempt recruiting, including college recruiting. Directs the interviewing, selection, and placement of applicants for employment. Directs the design and placement of employment advertising. Responsible for managing relationships with outside employment agencies and recruiters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills at the executive level.

  • Collects and reviews business group resource plans to create recruitment and sourcing plans.

  • Actively partners with hiring managers and supervisors to track candidate status through the interview process.

  • Works with various advertising partners to establish an effective advertising strategy in coordination with hiring managers (develop advertisements, approve proofs, etc.).

  • Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.

  • Monitors recruitment metrics (quality of hire, time to fill, diversity, etc.) and initiates appropriate action.

  • Manages vendor relationships and sourcing of candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to work with a variety of jobs
