Responsibilities

Summary:(Remote Role)

You will focus on a defined ICP across a set of personas and job levels where your primary function is to be a driven problem solver, identifying potential clients and uncovering business pains that Streem can solve. You must have impeccable communication skills, as well as being focused on lead generation and strategic outreach. You provide positive insights as a product knowledge specialist and act as an SME for the Streem as time goes on. This is not your first rodeo; you have experience in the communication or lead generation fields, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the established Streem sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads

• Collaborate with Streem Account Executives to develop account-based sales strategies and ensure smooth hand-offs as opportunities advance to pipeline stages advance

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to log, track and report prospecting activity

• Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in a sales development and/or inside sales role at a modern technology company and/or a value-add solution vendor

• Working knowledge of current CRM and other Sales tech applications (Salesforce.com, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Gong, Slack, G-Suite, etc.)

• Comfortable with making 40+ calls a day with excellent daily follow-up documentation

• Proven success prospecting into new accounts via phone, email, and social

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching

• Naturally curious and listens with purpose

• Strong organizational and time management skill

• Ability to take on additional responsibilties as assigned

• Hungry to win, and have fun while doing it!

Preferred Skills:

• Experience following a sales methodology such as NEAT, MEDDIC/PIC, Sandler

• Experience working in Customer Experience, Technical Support, or AR/VR

• Proven success evangelizing SaaS into mid-size and enterprise companies

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, or 4+ years of professional experience

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 2+ years of relevant experience

Travel: Up to 10% for team meetings
