Responsibilities

Summary: (Fully Remote/Virtual Role)

Provides strategic consultation on email creative and content strategy. Creates e-mail campaigns and surveys to improve the end-to-end customer experience. Develops email marketing campaigns that utilize dynamic content for targeted market segments to improve open, click and conversion rates.

Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing optimizations with data-driven insights, including decisions around channel shifts, attribution, ROI optimizations, and prospect segmentation

• Manage complex marketing analysis and socialize key insights and actions

• Work with marketing channel managers and stakeholders to support strategic decisions

• Work with internal stakeholders to distill complex data into actionable insights

• Identify and recommend enhancements to data sources and KPI definitions

• Work with internal stakeholders to define and execute on report requirements

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or relative experience

• 3+ years of analytics experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment; Marketing analytics experience preferred

• Proficiency in SQL required

• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills; Experience in a data visualization platform such as Looker preferred

• Experience defining marketing funnel metrics; Ecommerce experience preferred

• Excellent social, oral and written communication skills

• Solutions-oriented with a high sense of urgency

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build close relationships within and across teams

• Ability to work with agility, prioritize effectively, and delegate as necessary

• Passion to deliver the best possible experience to our customers

• Obsession with zero-defect output: build checks and processes to mitigate opportunity for error
