Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support our Core Infrastructure including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, MS365, Keeper, Oomnitza, JAMF, Intune, Zabbix, and Okta.

  • Monitor, review, and respond to Zabbix and PagerDuty alerts.

  • Successfully resolving user and application access issues.

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.

  • Work efficiently with some guidance.

  • Share on-call support duties.

  • May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Solid working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, SQL, IIS, MS365 , SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Jira, Confluence, and Oomnitza.

  • Able to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining server and access management systems.

  • Experience with using and managing monitoring tools like Zabbix, Splunk, and Humio

  • Experience with backup software and tools like AWS Backup.

  • Knowledge and experience with cloud-based architectures and delivery models.

  • Experience automating processes using Powershell, Python, or Yaml scripts.

  • Experience with system documentation creation and maintenance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 3+ years as an Administrator

Travel: Up to 10%

This role pays between $61,400 to $92,000 , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
