Responsibilities
Responsibilities: (Virtual/Remote role)
Manage Frontdoor app
Track key metrics and identify optimizations
Support and prioritize member messaging (renewals, promotions, seasonal services)
3P partner discounts
Measure usage and revenue from warranty and Frontdoor users.
Identify opportunities to grow programs (expand services with existing partners, promote programs to members as relevant, introduce new partners)
Build and maintain relationships with partners
Manage additional on demand services & expansions
Impact of platform migration on carpet & dryer vent cleaning
Open services to 2-10 warranty and structural members
Monitor and triage issues with cross functional teams
Manage bugs identified through data or customer escalations, connecting relevant teams to resolve root cause and communicate to impacted members as applicable
Drive operations of non-warranty team
Coordinate monthly newsletter to stakeholders
Lead Monthly Business Review meeting and coordinate agenda with stakeholders and partners
Strengths/behaviors :
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, gather (and communicate effectively to) stakeholders
Adaptability and agility in changing circumstances; handling multiple priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of business process development and change management concepts and implementation practices
Able to solve problems using data, familiar with quantitative success metrics
Top candidate will be a self-starter with a sharp eye for details, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business required, Master’s degree preferred
Other/State Specific
This role pays between $116,010 to $125,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
